1.
Wretched Hand// I broke this oath on purpose, to see just what you’d do. I was not disappointed. It was nothing, if not neat. Seldom out of reach, a pestilence draws close. Rest on the grave, of past successes, of present fear. The vanity of what's to come, tattered and stained. Born from the debilities of broken men, and built upon the lies that feed their fervor. Life dragged into light, pried from this wretched hand.
2.
White Death 02:41
White Death// Nerves dead with frostbite. Completely covered in wounds. Snow white scars, cheeks rotting away. Icy lips reflect a heart, cold iron clad in lack of life. Love as an afterthought. Dark eyes, open arms. An inviting facade, an evening flurry. Thanks for coming again, looks like we’re snowed in. Wind and snow drifts tear away the skin. Wind drifts away the skin, tears away at the nerves, pierces through the veins, wears away the bone. Wind and snow drifts tear away the skin.
3.
Siblings 02:20
Siblings// Been watching the violence again, how could you not? Weakness becoming silence and apathy. Vehemently struggling, against the course, of rivers rushing rampant, with misery, and tetanus. Locked jaws cannot scream, for reprieve, or anything that they may need. In pain as it writhes, left screaming pierced through both sides. Offal flowing out of the ends, left up until completely dead. We've been defined, as unworthy of love, by a graceful God, among men with too much of it. We are the sons, and daughters, of rust and grief.
4.
Glass & Salt 04:56
Glass & Salt// Children won't grow in a place like this. Impotent and barren, only the dead dance in the meadows. Cut the cord, cast them down the river. Weep for them not, there they can become believers. Desolate wind stings the skin, until it punctures, passes through ribs. Abandoned here in this place, where nothing can thrive. A gray mass, lifeless. A hospital stench. This is no home for your hope. There is no room for your love. This place is glass and salt.
